the continued search for the best granola recipe. this one seems promising. changed it to ‘8oz. of mixed nuts’ whatever was around, a total of 1c. of dried cranberries & sultanas, 1/2c. chopped dried apricots and 1/2c. coconut. also added a bit of maple syrup to the honey and some vanilla extract. fingers crossed.
